Bible Study at Helen’s, Friday 7th June 7.30pm onwards – Continuing to work through the book of Colossians, everyone welcome, please contact Philip for a copy of the resource.

Preliminary Date for Joint Session Meeting: Tuesday 18th June at 8pm at Moville Manse. Please let Philip know if this date is not suitable.

Thanks from Philip: Philip would like to express his thanks and gratitude to everyone for their messages of sympathy and support after his uncle’s passing and to thank the faith families of Greenbank and Moville for coming together last week for worship to enable him to travel with time to spare.

Holiday Bible Club – Our holiday bible club will run 1st to 5th July, 6-8pm at Greenbank Hall. Forms will be available soon either in person from usual places or online at www.inishowen4pc.com. Philip hopes to have an online registration portal set up within the coming days. If you are able to help out at the club, please let Philip know.

Prayer Brunch on Saturday 29th June @ 10am – Moville Manse. The Newmills folks will be arriving later that day so this will be a great opportunity to pray for the week.

New Series Resource Book Bargain Deal: At the start of our new series on the Ten Commandments Philip mentioned some available resources: Kevin DeYoung’s “The Ten Commandments” and Jen Wilkin’s “Ten Words to Live By.” Philip has struck a deal with his book supplier for 50 copies of Jen’s book for €5 each.  Copies available on the porch table.
For those who use Ebooks, Philip can provide Kevin’s book as a pdf.

Points for Prayer:

  • Continue to pray for Derek and Sandra Leeper and the wider family on the recent and sudden passing of Derek’s  mother. 
  • Pray for the Rankin family on the passing of Eileen. Remember especially her sister Elsie (and other siblings) and her children Gordon, Ronald, Lorna and Sheena and their families.
  • Pray for all those who are sick and ill at this time.
  • Pray for the preparations and work of the upcoming General Assembly, Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd June.

Good as New Shop

The Good as New Shop in aid of church funds is now open in the premises beside Neal Doherty Auctioneers.  The shop will be open Mon-Sat from 10am -5pm. 

If you can do a session or a couple of hours at the shop or help with tidying up in the evening that would be great.  Please contact Sandra or call into the shop.  Also, any donations of clothes and other items to sell in the shop would be greatly appreciated.
