 Bible Study at Helen Stewarts this Tues 20th Sept @ 7:45pm – The Bible Study at Helen Stewart’s recommences on Tuesday 20th September (date will change to alternating Wednesdays from Moville Study afterward) Bayview House @ 7:45pm starting to look at the book of Isaiah.

Midweek Bible Study at the Manse this Wednesday 21st September – Everyone is welcome from 7:30pm, aiming to start ar 8pm. Tea/coffee and some treats are provided. We would love to see some new fresh faces joining us this year so please let me really encourage you to come along! Questions sheets will be available next Sunday.

Youth Ministry Conversation: Philip would really like to organise an evening or even an afternoon on a weekend to sit down and chat about youth ministry among the four congregations and to sort out child protection. If this is something you have been involved in, are interested in, and would like to be involved in will you please make yourself known to Philip ASAP. He has some people get back to him but would really like some more to make themselves known as we try to move forward with disciplining our young people.

Derry/Donegal Presbytery Education Grants – this scheme offers education grants to young people who are members of a Donegal congregation of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland to assist with expenses for first year secondary education and third level education.  Application forms are now available.  Closing date is the 7th October.

CHILDREN’S BIBLE CLUB 2022 at Fahan Presbyterian Church

Monday 25th – Friday 29th July from 10am – 12noon

Everyone welcome! And we mean that! If you’ve been to our church before, have never been or even if you’ve never been to any church. This week is for you!

The whole week is FREE – it’s just our way of saying thank you to our community!

For ages 4 to 14. Bible Stories, Games, Activities, Crafts. It’ll be led in a kind, safe and fun manner and we are delighted to have a visiting Exodus team from Coleraine come and lead our programme this year!

Holiday Bible Club. A big thank you to everyone who helped out in any way for the week of Holiday Bible, it was a fantastic week that wouldn’t be possible without the joint efforts of all four churches and our partnership with Newmills Presbyterian

Holiday Bible Club commences tomorrow (Monday) 4th to Friday 8th from 6-8pm each evening at Greenbank hall.  We are delighted to have the team from Newmills back with us again to lead our Holiday Bible Club. All children of primary school age are invited to come along to PYRAMID ROCK for stories, quizzes, crafts games and singing.  Helpers are advised to be there around 5pm.

Vacancy Convenor – from his return from annual leave Philip will be taking up post as convenor of the vacancy for Fahan. His hope is that this will not take away from his dedication to his primary concern of Greenbank, Moville, Carndonagh and Malin but will appreciate the continued help and support (especially in prayer) of the congregation as he balances this increased workload. 

Prayer time for Holiday Bible Club

As in previous years there will be a time of prayer each evening next week for the Holiday Bible Club.

Mon-Fri, 7.30pm-8.30pm, small meeting room, Greenbank Hall

If you are not already helping with the Club, this is an opportunity to support the children, New Mills Team and helpers with our prayers.

Thanks from Philip – Philip would like to thank everyone who called, text, phoned, dropped off packages when he had Covid for the second time, it was immensely appreciated. 

Youth Fellowship at the Manse, tonight @ 7pm: We have finished our programme for the year but will continue to meet together for some time of food and fellowship together for the next few weeks

Midweek Bible Study at the Manse 29th June at 8pm – This will be our last Bible study before annual leave and we will take this time to reflect on our journey through Philippians as we finish off the book. Everyone welcome from 7:30pm and we aim to start at 8pm. Please come hungry as we will have some extra treats to round off our time together. 

Holiday Bible Club, Monday 4th to Friday 8th July: we look forward to having the team from Newmills up to help lead our Holiday Bible Club at Greenbank Hall.  The team will arrive next Saturday evening at approximately 6pm.  There will be a BBQ at the Church Hall at Hillhead to welcome the team.
