The Linkage commission will meet each of the 4 congregations separately in Greenbank in September—proposed date is Friday 7^th Sept. (4.15pm for Hillhead).  Representation will include the Kirk session and up to 6 members of committee.  Any member of committee willing to attend please let a member of session know.

A very warm welcome back to Gordon and the team from Newmills to our children’s service to day.  We are delighted to see you all again.

They will be leading the Holiday Bible Club (Sonworld Adventure park) at Greenbank starting tomorrow evening (Monday 2^nd July) to Friday (6^th July ) from 6-8pm each evening.  This is for children of primary school age and will include singing. Stories, crafts, puppets, games & drama.  A bus will run from Malin-details are in circulation.  Registration forms are available today (please speak to Kathleen )

Thank you to all who came along to the BBQ yesterday evening and to meet the team.  Many thanks to those who provided and prepared the food.  Your help is much appreciated.  The weather was splendid for the BBQ and all enjoyed the evening.

Children’s Day Service

Holiday Bible Club at Greenbank from Monday 2^nd July to Friday 6^th July from 6-8pm each evening with Rev Gordon Best and New mills team.  This is for children of primary school age.  A bus will run from Malin.  There will be a BBQ at Hillhead Hall next Sat 30^th at around 6pm to welcome the team.  All welcome to come along,

 A Gospel Concert will be held in Burt Presbyterian Church on Sunday 27^th May at 7.30pm.  This concert will be organised by Stewart Buchanan and feature some of his Musical Friends  Artistes taking part include Leslie Matthews, Strule String Band, John Burns & Hugh Brownlow (Maghera) & Billy McCombe (Dungannon) and Barbara Lowry.  A Freewill Offering for the Hall Renovation Fund will be taken up.  A light supper will be served in the Church Hall after the Concert
