Children’s Christmas Party.  Thank you to all who came along yesterday to the children’s Christmas Party.  An enjoyable and fun time was had by all.  Thanks also to all who organised the event and to those who provided and prepared the food.

Around 40-50 trees designed and made by local schools, church groups, community groups and businesses will be on display.

There’s a live nativity scene in the stable – complete with donkeys and sheep!

Plus refreshments, including toasted marshmallows. And face-painting on Sunday afternoon.This is a great community event and plenty for families to enjoy.No admission fee – donations towards the building of a new Methodist Hall in Moville

Blood transfusion Service:      

Blood donation clinics will be held in the Community School on Wednesday 13^th and Thursday 14^th Dec from 2.30pm-5pm and from 7-9pm

The annual Ecumenical Carol Service in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Carndonagh next Friday 15th December at 8pm. Everyone welcome.

Inishowen Methodist Churches Christmas Tree Festival

8-10 December in Glacknadrummond Methodist Church (near Bocan chapel)

Around 40-50 trees designed and made by local schools, church groups, community groups and businesses will be on display. Local creches and primary schools will be singing Christmas songs and performing wee nativity items from 10am-2pm on Friday 8^th.

Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening various local artists of all ages will sing and play Christmas songs and carols.

Please join us for Uganda tea and Donegal tray bakes plus a small Christmas Craft Table in Fahan Presbyterian Church Hall on Saturday 25^th November from 2 to 4pm. Proceeds for Kiwoko Hospital Uganda and the Oncology Day Ward, Letterkenny University Hospital.

 Following the election of elders in Carndonagh Presbyterian Church, two people have been proposed to be new ruling elders, and they have accepted. They are Mark Buchanan and Gordon Smyth. Should any voter have an objection to either of them, please lodge your objection, with your reasons in writing, with Rev Stewart Glendinning before Saturday 4^th  November.  There will be a congregational meeting at the close of the service on Sunday 5th November to confirm the election and call of these two men as new ruling elders.

Moville Presbyterian Church would like to express their appreciation to everyone who supported their charity shop over the past weeks. Our final day in the shop is Sat 4^th Nov when we will have a cake sale – everything from a coffee cake, apple tart and scones to a Christmas pudding!
