Notice of congregational Meeting following service on Sunday 17th December
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the congregation will be held on Sunday 17th December 2023 immediately after the close of public worship when the appointment of new congregational trustees for church property will be made by the members of the congregation duly qualified to vote.
The congregation may appoint THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN IRELAND HOLDING TRUSTEE COMPANY as holding trustee or, if they so wish, may appoint three or more individuals as named trustees. Individuals appointed as trustees must be voting members of the congregation. It cannot appoint both this company and individuals as trustees of the same property.
Questions regarding the details of this change should be put to the Rev. Philip Poots prior to this meeting.
This will be a one item agenda meeting with the question:
Do all eligible voting members of this congregation wish to appoint the ‘THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN IRELAND HOLDING TRUSTEE COMPANY’ to act as holding trustee for this congregation?
