Thank you to Rev Drew Abernethy who is conducting the service today.
Service next Sunday will be conducted by Rev Philip Poots
Contacting Philip – please be aware that WhatsApp is now not available for Philip’s southern mobile. If you wish to contact him, phone, text or email but please do not use WhatsApp at the moment.
Thanks from Philip – Philip would like to thank everyone who called, text, phoned, dropped off packages when he had Covid for the second time, it was immensely appreciated.
Youth Fellowship at the Manse, tonight @ 7pm: We have finished our programme for the year but will continue to meet together for some time of food and fellowship together for the next few weeks
Midweek Bible Study at the Manse 29th June at 8pm – This will be our last Bible study before annual leave and we will take this time to reflect on our journey through Philippians as we finish off the book. Everyone welcome from 7:30pm and we aim to start at 8pm. Please come hungry as we will have some extra treats to round off our time together.
Holiday Bible Club, Monday 4th to Friday 8th July: we look forward to having the team from Newmills up to help lead our Holiday Bible Club at Greenbank Hall. The team will arrive next Saturday evening at approximately 6pm. There will be a BBQ at the Church Hall at Hillhead to welcome the team. Please do let Philip know if you can help out with this and our latest group of communicants are encouraged to get in touch with him to help out. Registration forms are available on the Inishowen Four website and from Philip directly.
Annual Leave – Philip will be off on annual leave from the 11th July to 7th August. Pastoral cover will be provided by Revs Russell Edgar, Alastair Rosborough, and Lindsay Blair. Their contact details will be given to the elders and if you have need of a minister then please contact an elder.
Vacancy Convenor – from his return from annual leave Philip will be taking up post as convenor of the vacancy for Fahan. His hope is that this will not take away from his dedication to his primary concern of Greenbank, Moville, Carndonagh and Malin but will appreciate the continued help and support (especially in prayer) of the congregation as he balances this increased workload.
